Andy was a ninth grader who typically seemed to be living on the edge. Andy had a risk taking personality and frequently wanted to do what his older brothers were doing to have fun. The central problem with this was that all three of his brothers were at least 21 years old and were for than reason legally able to drive a car and to drink alcohol.

Andy, in spite of this, had a tough time comprehending the fact that as a fifteen-year-old teen he should not be drinking. In fact, in spite of this, Andy frequently drank with his guy friends after school, particularly on the weekends.

Andy told his parents that he couldn't wait to go back to school and make an apology to Mr. Johnson for not showing more attention to a subject that was as noteworthy as learning about alcohol poisoning.
