Maybe our civilization is chasing after an unrealistic dream. Do we have to lower our standards, or perhaps simply change our definition of what a great body really is? To me a fantastic body might be something different for every person. Where one young girl might exemplify a fantastic body by being toned and lean, another might have a great body in that she's well-proportioned with curves all in the right places. Society today is allowed to dictate what a great body should look like. In the end, the most important thing is that people eat well, get enough exercise & sleep, & avoid abusing their bodies with drugs and alcohol. A fantastic body should be defined as a healthful body that serves its owner well, no matter what stage of life they might be in.

The media will continue to overwhelm us with pictures of what the majority views as a fantastic body. However, if we as individuals decide to change our classification of what a fantastic body really is, we can be a positive persuasion on the attitudes and choices of other people, including young children trying to grow up in today's world.
