If there were no limitations or consequences what would your perfect average day look like?

Firstly let's define some of the words in the above question.

Limitations - financial, geographical, health, time, etc. Things we use as excuses for not achieving what we truly desire.

Consequences - stuff that could get you into trouble or impact others.

Average - You could do it everyday and not get sick of it or get hurt or killed.

I know that this question is like a 400 part question, but it is vital to drill down to the simple mundane stuff.

You can never really get anywhere unless you know where you are going. Too many of us are walking around in a trance. Just living each day, worse still - JUST EXISTING!

Think about experience

Where would you live?

What would your house look like? Is it clean and tidy? What does it smell like?

What time would you wake up each day?

What would you do in the morning?

What would you think about? What would you say to yourself? What are your first thoughts?

What would you have for breakfast?

What would you spend the first half of your day doing?

What would you have for lunch?

Who would you eat with?

What would your friends be like?

What conversations would you have? Would there be celebration, fun or laughter?

Now, you have to answer this question as if to say whatever you write down you have to live that day - everyday for the rest of your life.

What would you do for personal fulfillment?

What life purpose would you strive towards?

What would your business be?

What time would you start work?

What would you do at work?

What are your clients like?

What are your relationships like? spouse, family, self?

What do you do with your family for fun?

What do you have for dinner?

What do you talk about?

What do you do at night? Who do you do it with?

What would your thoughts be as you drift off to sleep?

Be as specific as possible

Now, you don't have to show this to anybody else but sure that you read it everyday. The more detail you put in the more excited it will get you and the more likely you will take action steps to make it happen.

Tomorrow I will share mine, so that in 12 months time I can look back and see how close I got to my dream day.

I would love to hear yours if you are game enough to share.

Make everyday a fantastic day no matter what happens.

Looking forward to helping you live a longer, healthier, happier life.

How many excuses do you use everyday to keep yourself overweight and unhappy?

How long are you going to let these excuses stop you from living the life you truly desire?

Think about it - over the years how many excuses have you used maybe not to go for a walk, not to go to the gym or not to eat healthy food?

How long have you been living on the excuses side of life? How long have you been disempowering yourself - taking away your own personal power by coming up with all sorts of crappy, lame excuses, all sorts of reasons to why you'll fail, as to why you can't even start, as to why you deserve that fat filled, sweet, starchy, sugary, lifeless, nutrition dense piece of food?

The more you excuse yourself from being active, from drinking water, from eating healthy foods, the more you take away your own ability to succeed; you disempower yourself. You undermine the effectiveness of a healthy eating plan and activity plan.

When you do this you are basically letting yourself off the hook from getting healthy.

Is this what you want?

I don't think so!

It's time NOW to remove those excuses, to destroy them, to crush them, to stomp on all those excuses.

There is no time for excuses!

NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!

Take some time to get comfortable and relax and allow this audio to help you let go of all the excuses that have been keeping you overweight and unhealthy.

Yes, you heard me, GET RID OF THE DAMN THING!!!!

Did you watch 'The Biggest Loser' this week? Poor Dave worked so hard, ate well and put on weight. Can you believe it? Did you see how devastated he was? Have you ever had this happen to you so you have just given up because you did not think that the hard work was worth it? Why we let a number on the scales determine how we feel?

I will let you in on a little secret “The scales do lie”. Meaning, there will be times when your body weight goes up, and your body fat goes down. That is just how it is!

You will be burning fat and some of you, a lot of it. You will be putting on muscle. You will be decreasing the size of your waist, legs, shoulders, etc…Bottom line; you are burning fat from somewhere on your body. You don’t get to choose where your body you will burn the fat from, but rest assured, if you are following exactly what your slim coach is telling you, working hard on continually moving and training hard, you will burn fat.

If you are working out on a regular basis you have more muscle. Does muscle weigh more than fat? Well, not exactly ... I mean a kg of muscle weighs a kg AND a kg of fat weighs a kg. So why do you always hear muscle weighs more than fat? Think of it this way - A kg of muscle is denser, firmer and takes up less space. Isn't that really your goal ... to be firmer and take up less space?

Why do we get so caught up on a number? Does this sound familiar? “How come the scale isn’t moving? I am smaller, and my pants are looser or I know I am losing fat, but the scale says (‘gasp’!) that I gained weight!!”

If you are decreasing size and getting smaller, and know for a fact that you are burning fat, but you are still hung up on what your scale says…please, do yourself a favor, throw away your scales, and do it now. The only time you should see a number on the scales is during your slim appointment. Stop Letting this number rule your life and control how you think about yourself. Be proud of your efforts and know that your body is changing in positive ways.

If you want to measure success there are better tools than the scales.

How your clothes fit

Tape measure

Body fat percent

Cholesterol

Improved level of activity

How you feel (mood, do you sleep better, etc.)

If you are following an exercise and thy eating program, you will put on muscle, you will burn fat, and you will probably retain water. You also will get fitter, stronger and leaner. STOP WORRYING ABOUT THE SCALES!!

One more thing, you cannot expect to drop fat every single week. Your body will resist a lot. You have to keep changing things up so it does not get comfortable. Once your body reaches a state of efficiency, you will stop losing. Change it up.

It is time to change your attitude. You are on a health & fitness journey and are making permanent changes. Why let a number determine your true results?
‘The higher your energy level, the more efficient your body. The more efficient your body, the better you feel and the more you will use your talent to produce outstanding results’.

Cancer Update from Johns Hopkins:
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person's lifetime.
3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiple nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic, environmental, food and lifestyle factors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing diet and including supplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cells and also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow, gastrointestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver, kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor destruction.
9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other sites.
11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.
CANCER CELLS FEED ON:
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc. are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties. Water - best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes purified and leads to more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the body's own killer cells to destroy cancer cells. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body's normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit. A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior be a survivor. Anger, unforgiveness and bitterness put the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy life.
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer cells.
1. No plastic containers in micro.
2. No water bottles in freezer.
3. No plastic wrap in microwave.
Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Cast le Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of! Fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.
Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.
This is an article that should be passed on to anyone important in your life.

Fit Yummy Mummy

Breakfast is easily the most overlooked solution when it comes to effective fat burning tips. Studies consistently show that people, who regularly eat breakfast, eat fewer calories throughout the day, have better nutritional habits, and weigh less than those who choose to skip breakfast.

When it comes to your fat loss, your goal is to make your body burn more calories. Your metabolism is like a burning fire, how can you make the fire burn stronger without putting something on it to burn? Our bodies are burning fat and calories 24 hours a day, however, calories are burned at the slowest rate while we are sleeping. Without something to jump-start it in the morning, your metabolism may remain in slow motion throughout the day and any extra calories – no matter how healthy - will be stored as fat.

The act of eating and digesting supportive foods frequently, increases your metabolism so you can burn more fat and calories all day long.

How to do it: Eat a supportive meal within an hour of waking. Feel like your always running late? No time to eat? The secret – get up 10-20 minutes earlier and keep it simple. Not only can you increase time spent with your family at the kitchen table, but making time to start your day off with a high protein, high fiber breakfast will boost your metabolism, your energy and your mood. Because breakfast provides you with the energy you need to get through your day, the more energy you have, the more active you'll be and the more active you are, the more calories you burn.

If you are not hungry first thing in the morning, try starting your day with a big glass of water or freshly brewed green tea. Proceed with your morning routine and plan to allow yourself about 10-15 minutes before you walk out the door to eat your breakfast.

If you like to exercise first thing in the morning, eat 30 to 45 minutes before your workout.

Try one of the following options:

1. Eat a light snack – yogurt or a piece of fruit. Eat your regular breakfast 30-45 minutes after your workout.

2. Eat half of your regular breakfast before the workout and the other half about 30-45 minutes after your workout.

3. Drink a meal replacement shake – quick and easy to make and for your body too digest.

Watch out for "Protein/Breakfast Bars". Many of these items seem appealing for they are quick and easy; however the majority of these bars are loaded with sugar and fat. Check the nutrition facts.

Here are some breakfast fat loss favorites: Cereal is a MUST. It's convenient, easy to prepare, easy to eat and full of nutrients – No…"Whole Grain Lucky Charm" does not fall into this category. Be sure to choose your cereals based on the information on the food label.

The top choices should have:

• 5 grams of Fiber or more
• 8 grams of Sugar or LESS
• Sugar not listed among the first 3 ingredients.

For all other breakfast options, be sure to include a protein, complex carbohydrate, and fresh or frozen fruit. These are some of my favorites:

• Oatmeal with natural peanut butter, cinnamon and a side of fresh berries.
• Kashi Go Lean Crunch with skim milk and a banana.
• Scrambled egg whites topped with salsa and shredded cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.
• Meal Replacement Shake with a piece of fruit.

So if you're interested in fat loss, make sure you don't forget – breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

You see, for most of my life I've pursued what I consider to be the organizing principles of lasting change, and in this message I wanted to share two things with you:

1. A three-point plan that you can use immediately to change and improve your life.

2. Offer you a unique opportunity to fast track your results.

More on that later! I do believe that the best things in life are free, and that the best strategies in life are simple. By that I mean, simple to understand, apply, teach and share with others.

The following three strategies are simple, and they are also extremely powerful, however, they require consistent and skillful application in order for your personal strategic plan to become reality. These are the exact same changes that an individual must make in order to create personal change, that a company must make in order to create a lasting competitive advantage, and that a community must make in order to best serve its citizens.

Step One - Raise Your Standards

Any time you sincerely want to make a change, the first thing you must do is to raise your standards. Simply put you MUST expect and demand more from yourself and from those around you. That means having zero tolerance for mediocrity, procrastination, and any behavior that robs you of potential and increased performance.

Step Two - Change Your Limiting Beliefs

If you raise your standards but don't really believe you can meet them, than you've already sabotaged yourself. This is one of the biggest challenges people face when constructing their personal plan. Why? Because you won't even try; you'll be lacking that sense of certainty that allows you to tap the deepest capacity that's within you even as you read these words. Our beliefs are like unquestioned commands, telling us how things are, what's possible and what's impossible, what we can and can not do. They shape every action, every thought, and every feeling that we experience. As a result, changing our belief systems is central to making any real and lasting change in our lives.

Step Three - Change Your Strategy

In order to keep your commitment, you need the best strategies for achieving results. One of my core beliefs is that if you set a higher standard, and you can get yourself to believe, then you certainly can figure out the strategies. You simply will find a way. I can tell you with confidence that the absolute best strategy in almost any case is to find a role-model, someone who's already getting the results you want, and then tap into their knowledge. If you don't have one, you must find a coach or mentor.

Meet Gary Ryan Blair

Gary Ryan Blair is someone I'd like you to meet as he is a true thought leader and the mastermind behind the 100 Day Challenge.

Right now, this very instant you are staring down the barrel of an awesome opportunity to finish the year strong, to redeem yourself and make the last 100 days of the year, your best 100 days of the year. His 100 Day Challenge is designed to provide you with the information and impetus to commit to all three of these master principles of quality change:

1. It will help you raise your standards by discovering what they currently are and realizing what you want them to be.

2. It will help you change the core beliefs that are keeping you from where you want to go and enhance those that already serve you.

3. It will assist you in developing a series of strategies for more elegantly, quickly, and efficiently producing the results you desire.

Are You Ready to Create a Breakthrough?

You see, in life, lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know. Knowing is not enough--as you must take action, honor your commitments and enforce strict discipline. If you will, please allow Gary Ryan Blair the opportunity, through this powerful program to be your guide for the next 100 days.

I promise you, it will be one of the best investments you ever make and he comes with my highest recommendation. Say YES, and finish the year with a bang!

Regards,

Fit Yummy Mummy

Have you tried everything under the sun to get a flat stomach, only to come up disappointed? Have you fallen prey to all the gimmicks, fad diets and shameless infomercials promising you that elusive flat stomach that you desire?

Well fret no more, I'm going to let you in on the two ‘secrets' that will help you shed unwanted fat and reveal your toned, flat stomach once and for all.

The first secret for a flat stomach is eating supportively. While this doesn't seem like a secret at all, most women get this wrong in spite of their best – but misguided – efforts. Women have fallen prey to low-fat, low-carb, Hollywood, grapefruit, South Beach and every other over hyped diet that marketers can dream up, all in hopes of shedding those unwanted pounds. But eating supportively is isn't about dieting or deprivation; it's about moderation and balance. While cutting carbs or fats out of your nutrition plan might give you a temporary loss of a couple of pounds, it's typically followed by a drop in metabolism and a weight gain of more than you lost in the first place once you go back to your old eating habits.

So what is eating supportively? Eating supportively is having protein and carbohydrates at every meal. It's grazing on 4-6 meals or snack each day instead of missing meals and then gorging yourself. It's enjoying a healthy breakfast and not drinking your calories. But most of all, eating supportively is enjoying the foods you love in moderation instead of in excess.

If eating supportively is the first secret to a flat stomach, then what's the second? The second flat stomach secret is resistance training. Unfortunately, just as fad diets have stood in the path of women achieving the flat stomachs they so desired, so have the myths of spot reduction and cardio being the best method for fat loss. Late night infomercials have long promoted gadgets that promised to spot reduce those trouble spots that women struggle with and sucked us in with testimonials from fitness models that undoubtedly picked up a nifty paycheck for endorsing their wares. But spot reduction is a myth. Think about it – have you ever met someone with a flat stomach and fat arms? Didn't think so. If spot reduction was possible then undoubtedly one of these happy customers would have toned and tightened their stomach, yet kept their flabby arms.

The other myth that has led women astray is the belief that cardio is the best solution for fat loss. Treadmill manufacturers have sold the virtues of the ‘fat burning zone' and led us to believe that we could plod along on a treadmill watching Oprah and before long a flat stomach would be ours. These two myths have diverted us from the path of what really does work – resistance training. Resistance training is a flat stomach's best friend because not only does an effective resistance training session burn plenty of calories while you're doing it, but it keeps you're metabolism revved long after you're done. One recent study showed that you're metabolism would stay elevated for over 36 hours after a resistance training session.

Try to get that out of an aerobics class.

And there's another benefit of resistance training when it comes to getting a flat stomach. The lean muscle that you gain will raise you're resting metabolic rate and help you burn more fat all day long, each and every day.

There you have it, two ‘secrets' that are guaranteed to boost your metabolism and give you that flat stomach you've been longing for. So ditch the diet books and the aerobics classes and start eating supportively and resistance training. Before long that flat stomach will finally be yours.

Rome wasn't built in a day and your fat loss won't happen that way either. Don't expect to start eating perfectly and exercising religiously tomorrow. Instead set yourself up for success by implementing at least one supportive habit per week. Make an effort to adopt the premise of "progress, not perfection." By developing awareness that improvement is measured by your daily progress, you can save yourself a lot of grief and frustration from the beginning. Focusing on small, positive steps in everything you do is a vital component to change. It starts you moving in the right direction and the momentum of your amazing, transforming results will soon follow. With time, commitment and a willingness to continue to take those small steps, failure is not an option.

How to do it: Be mindful of the fact that you didn't gain it overnight so you're not going to lose it overnight. A safe and effective fat loss program will yield 1 to 2 pounds of fat loss a week, not 10. As you begin your weight loss journey, aim for 2-3 small improvements each week. Build up to eating more supportively and moving a little more than yesterday. These small changes will add up to big improvements over time.

Beware of supplements and "quick fixes" that promise accelerated fat loss. Instead, plan on losing fat weight slowly. Sure we all want instant results, but it's impossible to undo a years of inactivity and poor nutrition overnight.

Instead of only looking at the big picture, try to break it down into smaller bites. Set one-month goals, three-month goals, six-month goals and even yearly goals. Carry over each previous goal to make sure that you aren't stopping one to achieve another. Make sure goals are achievable and realistic and what you truly want. A half-hearted desire will produce half-hearted results.

Remember, life happens and we must face the challenges. Sometimes that means not getting to exercise or eat properly. The difference is we get it. We make it a point to view each situation, each setback as an opportunity to LEARN and ASK, "What could I do differently next time?" Then it becomes a matter of getting back on track as soon as possible. Leave the excuses and blame behind and forget about beating ourselves up – we're only human. Strive to do a little better today than you did the day before. The key is to stay consistent, focused and take daily action. Make goals meaningful. Our minds cannot differentiate between achieving an enormous goal or a miniscule goal it only perceives success or failure. If you set a goal that is impossible to fail you'll only be setting yourself up for tremendous victory.

Don't be too rigid. Telling your self that you HAVE to workout for a set time to feel a sense of completion is ill fated. If you set out to workout for 30 minutes and you only get in 20, you'll more apt to be disappointed regardless of how hard you worked. If you simply set a goal to go to the gym at least 2-3 days a week and complete your resistance training and cardio you'll perceive yourself as a winner.

An additional goal idea: Have you ever wanted to participate in a race or sport that you've never had the endurance for? Then use that as a goal! When the end justifies the means it's easier to make it through the rough spots. It's a win-win situation if you are able to achieve a want and a need simultaneously!

Start with self

Before we talk about self-confidence, we first need to talk about "self."

What is self?

Who are you?

What are you about?

What are your core values and beliefs?

What do you love to think about?

Self is who you are inside.

You have to understand this self.

If you don't understand your Self, how can you have faith in yourself?

How will you have direction in your life?

If you don't fully understand yourself, there are hundreds...maybe thousands...of messages hammering you each
day from media and the people in your life. These messages will define you instead unless you understand yourself.

You want to reach your destination rather than be tossed about like a ship without a sail.

Start taking time to get to know yourself.

Learn to enjoy your own company.

And...dare I say it...fall in love with yourself.

Then you will have the confidence that will carry you forward.

So get to know your Self.

Sometimes outside encouragement is helpful.

So here are videos that you can watch effortlessly to help you get in the right frame of mind to grow and get to know
your Self.

DARE TO DREAM

TAKE ACTION
Warmly,

Dee Britton
P. S. Having a strong sense of self doesn't mean you have to become arrogant and full of pride. It means being
completely content and confident with who you are. And when that happens, look out, because your income will grow too.

INCREASE YOUR CONFIDENCE TODAY

We all began this year at GO, and all roads lead to a final rendezvous; the difference is what we've done en route. Goals set, actions taken, and results realized determine if you get to call this year a success or not.

September 23rd is an important date as it marks the 100 day countdown of 2009.

With that in mind, I have put together a number of questions for you to consider as you progress toward the finish line and call this year a wrap:

1. What specific results have you achieved so far this year?
2. Are you healthier, wealthier, and wiser?
3. Are you winning, losing or just holding ground?
4. What results are you committed to achieve by the end of the year?
5. How have you grown and what have you learned this year?
6. Is there any unfinished business that needs to be tended to in your life?
7. Are you actively pursuing what's most important on a daily basis?
8. What habits do you need to change to ensure better results?
9. What is the key issue that inhibits your ability to perform at your best?

You must live to answer and honor these questions, because when it comes to the last 100 days of the year, every day and everything you do counts.

With that in mind, I wanted to share with you an exciting opportunity to finish the year strong—it's called the 100 Day Finish Strong Challenge!

One thing we all have in common is that we all love a challenge. For some it could be a goal that puts you to the test, an obstacle that says you can't beat me, a belief system that is begging for a breakthrough, or even a mountain that just dares you to climb it.

Whatever it is, you're attitude should be BRING IT ON, as there's nothing quite like a good old fashioned challenge to see what you're made, to push the boundaries and tests your limits as it is ONLY when we overcome these trials that we get to reap the sweetest rewards.

Gary Ryan Blair, otherwise know as The Goals Guy has put together what I believe to be the most comprehensive approach to goal setting and performance enhancement.

The 100 Day Finish Strong Challenge is a structured 14-week performance improvement program where challengers compete against themselves to achieve a number of challenging goals and finish the year strong.

You and other competitors from around the world will be provided with a performance plan, a disciplined implementation process, daily measurement systems, and a very unique accountably tool along with specific tactics and strategies to attain your goals.
